Implementation of Tolo Pars project under 3 contracts
Tolo Pars project is being implemented under the title of three contracts, construction of equipment and reformer skeleton, installation of reformer structure and casing, and construction of metal skeleton of stack furnace. I would like to remind you that, due to some considerations, instead of announcing the project figures, a percentage has been used.

The first contract of Tolo Pars project
1- Construction of equipment and metal frame of the reformer, this structure itself is in two parts: 1_a The structure of the reformer, which is completely built and delivered to the workshop, 1_b is the casing, 75% of which has been built and delivered to the workshop.
The second contract of this project
2- The contract for installing the reformer and casing structure. which informs that 98% of the installation of the reformer structure has been completed.
Regarding the casing, 50 percent assembly has been completed and we are waiting to send the rest of the parts to the site.
The noteworthy point in the casing structure is that there are about 4 kilometers of welding in the above structure, which must be done as a seal and has high sensitivity, which will start as soon as the above welding parts are completed.
In addition, a contractual addendum for the construction and implementation of the reformer duct was added to this contract, which made the implementation of this part difficult due to the implementation of the reformer metal structure, which was done with the efforts of my hardworking colleagues in the workshop of Mr. Seljuqi Engineers. Warrior. Shining. Pishbaz and Mr. Bashaghi was done, which earned the admiration of the employer.
I have to say that from the point of view of the respected employer. This workshop has broken all the boundaries of the schedule in the implementation and the installation work has been done in the shortest time and with the highest quality.
Regarding the ducts, I have to say that about ten percent of the total weight has been sent to the workshop, which is a little worrying and all the parts sent have been assembled and fitted and are ready for welding.
The third contract of the project
3_ The third contract of Tolo Parssakht project is the metal framework of the furnace
The parts sent to the workshop are about 100 tons and 150 tons are available ready to be transported.
