The new equipment of Pouyan Industrial Group is in operation
According to the public relations report of Pooyan Industrial Group; Shokofa Sanat Pooya Company, one of the subsidiaries of Pooyan Industrial Group, which operates in the field of designing and manufacturing all kinds of equipment and heavy metal structures, etc., unveiled its three new equipments, Tolo Fars Furnace, Pooyan Gehr Crane and Fekor Sanat Water Tanks.
1- Tolo Furnace:
Size: 2000 square meters
Height: 45 meters
Weight: 90 tons
Usage: direct recovery chimney
2- Boom crane
Weight: 16 tons
Loading height for 16 ton lift: 15 meters
Loading height for 5 ton lift: 17 meters
Loading speed: 4 meters per minute

3- Water reservoirs of Fakur Sanat
Volume: 2 tanks of 150 cubic meters and 1 tank of 105 cubic meters
Length: 2 tanks of 14 meters and 1 tank of 10 meters
Weight: 60 tons

Mohsen Mohammadi, manager of Shkofa Sanat Poya factory, said regarding the equipment of the Tolo furnace: One of the main and significant features of this equipment is its extremely high accuracy. Semi-welding, forming, assembling and welding methods of this equipment have made it have a high position. The final test of this equipment will be radiography.
Referring to the dimensions and weight of the Tolo furnace, Mohammadi said: Due to the dimensions and also the high weight of this furnace, it should be built in the closest distance to the installation site, because we have to think about carrying it to the installation site.
The director of Shokofa Sanat Pooya factory also stated regarding the Poyangehar crane: The design of this casting crane is such that it has high heat tolerance and can also work in a high work cycle. This is a workshop crane. It works above the head of the melting furnace and moves the molten material. Its design, construction and final assembly lasted about 75 days.

He explained about Fakour water tanks: these pressure tanks are being built for the first time in the company. Each of them has 150 tons of water storage, finally radiography test is done on them. The tanks bear this weight with only two bases and are installed at a height of 70 meters in Sirjan city.
While thanking all the colleagues who worked hard in the construction and equipping of these projects, Mohammadi said: I am extremely thankful and grateful to all my colleagues in the design, quality, planning and production units. This work has been done with the support of the senior managers of the organization and without outsourcing, for which I also thank them.
Sadegh Hosseini, the production manager of Shkofa Sanat Poya, said regarding Tolo furnace: This furnace was ordered by Tolo Persian Gulf Company for the company’s own structural furnace equipment. 17 people have worked on this project in almost 2 months and it is one of the largest equipment produced by Shkofasanat Pooya Company and one of the largest projects in the southeast of the country, which fortunately has reached the operational stage with the efforts of all relevant colleagues. This project will soon be transferred to the Tolo site in Sirjan for use.
Pointing to the hugeness of this project, Hosseini emphasized: Any equipment group or company will not be able to handle the construction of this project, especially its rolling and assembly. Khosbahkhane of this project was produced without any outsourcing by the engineers and workers of Shofas Sanat Poyaya.

The production manager of Shkofasan Sanat Poya considered the main difference between the Pouyangehar crane and other cranes made in this company as its two winches and said: In the continuation of the process of manufacturing overhead cranes for industrial sheds, this equipment is considered one of the company’s special equipments, which is the main difference from The previously built cranes, its 2 winches include a 16-ton winch and a 5-ton winch, which dynamic industry boom has not produced such a project for any company.
He also explained in relation to the Fekor reservoirs project: These reservoirs are among the first pressurized reservoirs that are on the threshold of operation. These 3 tanks, which have a total weight of 60 tons, were produced on the order of six Fekursanat companies for the Sirjan SMP project. These tanks with these dimensions and with the resistance against the air pressure inside them are among the special products of the company, and all the testing stages, including hydrotest, are done in this company before sending to the destination.
