According to the public relations report of Pooyan Industrial Group; The direct regeneration project includes heat exchangers to reduce the temperature of regeneration gases and reformer ducts in 14 separate parts with standard items, materials and special construction methods.The standard items of this project are special and imported and have been supplied by the foreign trade of Pooyan Industrial Group, Barman Equipment Co., Ltd..
The total length of the equipment of this project is more than 1 km and has a diameter between 1 and 4 meters with a tonnage of more than 850 tons, and the construction of this equipment in the stages of rolling, assembly and welding is being done in Shokofa Sanat Pooya with an average monthly output of 150 tons.
Also, high welding quality under strict supervision and the necessity of heat-resistant colors for equipment are controlled by RT, PT, UT and MEK tests.
It is worth noting that these items will be transported by Shkofa sanat transport with full equipment and it is expected that this project will be completed in August of this year.
