According to the public relations report of Pooyan Industrial Group; The executive operations of the construction project of Pooyan gohr Ferosilis factory in Sirjan city, which is considered one of the most important factories in the southeast of the country, is in its final stages.
Pooyan Gohar Kariman is one of the subsidiaries of Pooyan Industrial Group, whose contracting work is carried out by another subsidiary of this industrial group, Shokofa Sanat Pooya.
This factory will operate in two phases, which is expected to employ more than 200 people directly, and each phase has a production capacity of 12,500 tons.
Pooyangehar Kariman, which is in the final stages of its construction, will produce ferro-silica in the first phase, which will fully meet the needs of the region; Meanwhile, 30% of its production will be exported. This ferroalloy is available in the market in 90 and 70% grades. The main buyers of ferrosilica are foundry and steel industries.
This material is being produced in some regions of our country, and in the near future, Pooyangehar Kariman will start its work as a ferro-silica production pole with a new technology to play a special role in the country’s economy.
To produce this material, a lot of electricity is needed, and for this reason, it is not possible to produce this ferroalloy in all parts of the world. Due to the fact that Iran has sufficient electricity production and rich resources, in addition to being able to meet its domestic demand for ferro-silica, it also has the ability to export this element to other countries.
